OHS and Environmental Training

Our philosophy when it comes to training is to pass on to our clients the skills necessary to manage OHS & environment for themselves.

We do not carry out training for its own sake.  We carry out training as part of a solution to a problem or issue.  Thus, we do not typically conduct ‘generic’ training (unless it’s an awareness issue), the training we do is targeted to the client’s current and future needs.
We have provided targeted training to clients in areas such as:-

• Risk management
• Behaviour based safety
• Legal and other requirements
• Incident investigation
• Auditing of OHS& environmental management systems
• Hazard awareness programs (noise, eye protection, manual handling, work at heights, confined spaces, etc)

We also provide a personal coaching service to ‘calibrate’ internal auditors so that you get the most out of the audits that you do.
