We have conducted independent audits at various levels on a site and within large organisations depending on the specific client requirements.  The types of audits that we have completed for our clients in the past include:-

• Legal Compliance Audits:  Audits to determine compliance with legal requirements and Australian Standards
• ‘Mock’ Certification Audits:  Having people go through a certification audit without it being a certification audit prepares them for the real event and gives them an opportunity to become comfortable with the process
• Management Responsibility Audits:  Higher level audits that focus on management compliance with system requirements.  These also look at whether management are getting the right ‘intelligence’ in a timely manner to enable them to keep the workplace safe.
• Management System Implementation Audits:  Coal face audits that focus on ensuring that all relevant system requirements are implemented effectively at the workplace, where it counts
• Management System Documentation Audits:  Paper Trail Audits that focus on relevant information reaching the right person and that person action on that information.

We can also carry out a gap analysis of your management system and your internal management system audits.
